Customer Feedback: Do Or Die

In 2016 eKomi commissioned  Forrester Consulting to prepare a report evaluating the ways  companies from the Financial Services Industry use customer feedback. The main focus is on how these organizations use the opinion of their clients to improve their products, services and customer satisfaction. The study is based on an in-dept survey of 84 Sales and Marketing managers from Germany, Austria, United States and Switzerland.
