Allianz entrusts eKomi with its new agent rating system
Customer satisfaction counts – and the digital age changes the way how certain branches communicate with their customers and how they receive feedback. The insurance company Allianz takes a digital course and presents its new rating system for agents, which is organized by the feedback specialist ekomi in Berlin.
An article in the German newspaper “Süddeutsche Zeitung” describes perfectly how ratings help to become an “digital agency” and to be guided by the customer’s wishes. Joachim Müller – Management Board Member Allianz Germany – is sure that “eKomi is critical in reflecting the trust we have earned across all channels.”
